Keir, 29, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in Aug 2013. He is three days away from his bone marrow transplant. Anti rejection drugs co-pays, deductibles, travel expenses and the inability to work for long periods of time have proven a huge financial strain and we are hoping to raise some funds from our community to see him safely through this time. Thanks to all of you who helped in the past - we cannot express how grateful we are. If anyone can help with these news expenses, it would be most appreciated. Keir is doing well, and in Loyola Medical Center now - the big day is Feb. 12 but there will be a long recovery period.
