Yesterday Logan had to have a blood trasnfusion, but it worked miracles because he's feeling a lot better today. I'm now at the hospital with him in the room. He seems to be in good spirits. He still can't talk, but he's communicating via iPhone to tell us what he wants us to know. Right now he's watching a show about deer hunting on the History channel. :)

UPDATE ON LOGAN! Last night on 4/16 Logan had a very adverse reaction to his medication and ended up going into convulsions. He broke the bands in his jaw during this, and he's going to have to be in ICU even longer than we previously thought. Please continue to pray for him, and please donate if you have not done so already. Please do not leave it up to someone else. Thank you for your continued support. Our family greatly appreciates your prayers and thoughts as well. -Jenna-
UPDATE ON LOGAN! About to leave out to head down to Louisiana. And of course it is raining here. Just a light rain. Not storming. So I'll be safe. No worries, everyone. Got an update from momma last night before bed. I found out that Logan broke every bone in his face except one - which is what all the broken bone pieces are now wired up to. His left eye hasn't opened at all yet. Right eye is very blurry vision. He also had to be given some antibiotics because his right eye became infected. He broke both oribital bones surrounding his eyes, so we're not going to know how this all affects his vision until swelling subsides. They gave him steroids in an attempt to stop the swelling. Also, they placed the feeding IV in his arm, not his stomach. I'm assuming that was safer than the stomach procedure which looked pretty invasive by pics I saw on google. (I've been google-ing everything that's going on so I have a better understanding of it.) He still cannot breathe on his own so he's still got the trache in his throat assisting his breathing. He still cannot talk/swallow. We thought he would be able to leave ICU today or tomorrow, but given all the setbacks he's gonna be in ICU for maybe a week or more. Your continued thoughts, prayers, and donations to his medical expenses are greatly appreciated. Even $5.00 is greatly appreciated. Thank you all for your support! -Jenna-
The fundraiser has been featured by Comic Issues Podcast to help drive up support for Logan. This is an online community I personally support, so to have them feature this page really brought tears to my eyes. -Jenna-

Just got off the phone with my momma. Logan is very very likely to be getting a Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy this afternoon. It's commonly called a PEG tube, and to put it in simple terms it is a tube that gets surgically implanted through the tummy into the stomach in order to feed someone when the food can't pass through the throat. Logan had a "swallow test" this morning and didn't pass it, so this is the next step to make sure he can keep getting nutrition. I will keep posting more updates as I get them. Please keep praying for him, and donating to his cause if you can. Even $1.00 is a blessing. God bless, ya'll. -Jenna-
Logan had a bad day today, but he's a trooper. He's starting to get used to the pain medication so he's starting to feel the pain set in. Momma said his face was swollen to the size of a soccer ball. He also hates his trache. Right now he's communicating by writing notes on some paper, but he so badly wants to talk. More updates to come when I know more.
