First, i have to say this........I am blown away at everyone's kindness, generosity, encouragement, support, love, words of understanding, and willingness to help spread the word. I was so afraid to do this. I was embarrassed. And thank goodness, I have received some of the nicest messages along with the support along the way. I just can't express the depths of my gratitude. THANK YOU!!!!!!
Secondly, I am preparing for my first test in Pediatrics. I have reviewed all notes, lectures, power points and study guides. I have a bit more to do for my test on Thursday and hope to be atopographic post my results by Friday. I had a quiz in Psych and a group assignment so far... 2 A's!! A 90 and a 94!!!!! Also, this weekend I will be working 2 12hour shifts for my acute care Pediatric Clinical rotation at Egelston - Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. I am so excited!!!!!!!! I can't wait!
I hope you have had the experience of knowing you are EXACTLY where you are supposed to be. That is how I feel at the end of class or clinical. I am so thankful for my friends and family, my friends families and their friends!!!! I wouldn't be here without you. And Rebecca Batchelder Jenkins!!!!!! You have no idea what she has done for me. I am the luckiest person, just for having her in my corner.
She told me a long time ago, when all I could say is I wanted to become an R.N. but I had no idea how I would ever pull it off...... She would tell me.."If everyday you get up, you take a step in the direction off your dreams, One day, you WILL get there." She was right!!!!
Again, THANK YOU!!!!!
