The animals from “4-Legged Friends” sanctuary are in trouble and desperately need our help BEFORE the cold weather arrives!
No donation is too small and every bit helps to save a life.
About "4-Legged Friends": "4-Legged Friends" is a sanctuary for abused animals that was created more than 8 years ago by Vera and her husband Viktor. Through their caring and unselfish love for animals, not only have they saved the animals and given them a chance for happy life, but are also teaching children to love and respect animals and to teach them compassion and mercy through the misfortunes of each one of the animals in the sanctuary.
For the last couple of years the sanctuary has been surviving miraculously through only small private donations and due to the willpower of Vera and Viktor who keep on fighting and refuse to give up on the sanctuary in spite of the misfortunes and difficulties they have to go through daily, mainly due to lack of funds.
Unfortunately, the situation in the sanctuary has gotten really bad in the last couple of weeks because winter arrived earlier than expected, with excess of rain resulting in many leaks and flooding in the barn where the animals are sheltered. And this is not even the real winter yet. A lot of snow and extremely cold weather is expected and the survival of the animals will be almost impossible in these conditions! Besides that, their bank account is completely empty and they have no money left for food or medical care. They need urgent help to buy some materials to at least partially fix the roof and food for the winter.
You can see on the photos and the videos how the animals are living in harmony – they have a goat who is best friends with a couple of dogs, a small piggy is a friend with a dog and a chicken is a friend with a pig. All these animals are receiving a second chance thanks to Vera and Viktor and we really would love to be able to help them and encourage them not to give up.
