On May 26, 2014 tragedy struck the White family. While on the way back from a trip to see family in New York City they received a call that there house was on fire. By the grace of god no one was hurt but unfortunately their home is completely gone. I am setting up this page for my parents and nephews who need your support right now.
Lets pull together to help the White Family as they have been members of the Saratoga community since 1992. For those that might not know my parents personally here is a bit of a back story.
Joe and Sylvia White have been married for 38 years and have raised seven children of which I am the 2nd youngest. Joe and Sylvia adopted me before I was born and I couldn’t have asked the world for more loving and caring parents. Throughout my early childhood years my parents opened up their hearts and most importantly their homes to many foster children whom lived with us. My parents are the type of people that would do anything for anyone and never expect anything in return. In addition to the seven children Joe and Sylvia have raised, they are also currently raising my 10 year old twin nephews Ziyair and Na’ser and their little brother Roje who is 3.
This happening on Memorial Day is bittersweet as my dad is retired from the United States Air Force where he served as a Radio Technician for 25 years. My dad has also been a bus driver in the Saratoga Springs City School District for the past 20 years. Unfortunately back in 1996 my mother suffered a heart attack and stroke and has been unable to work since then.
As you can imagine my parents and nephews are feeling extreme shock and sadness right now. Anything you can do to help them get back on their feet would be greatly appreciated. If you would like to contact me directly my contact information is listed below.
A loving son,
