The Syrian Youth Empowerment (SYE) initiative, is a program launched by Syrian students currently studying, or have recently graduated, from universities in the U.S., aimed to advice and support Syrian youth interested in continuing their education in the U.S. through day to day mentorship and on the ground programs in Syria.
Our mission consists of three phases:
- Phase 1: Increase awareness about the American educational system by informing students and their parents what steps and tests students should take in order to well-position themselves for admission and scholarships
- Phase 2: Provide free TOEFL and SAT classes for those planning to sit on these tests
- Phase 3: Provide customized mentorship for qualified students where a mentor will help each student formulate the students story, apply for top-tier scholarship and communicate with admission officers. We will also send your essays to experts to enrich the language and help students deliver solid essays. qualified students' names will be recommended for visas
Target Candidates: High School students willing to continue undergraduate studies in the U.S.
We are very excited about our new program to support young Syrian students in Syria, and we need your help to kick it off! Please donate generously.
