Meet Ignacio, Diego, Robert, Armando and Allen, five of the greatest high school sophomores in the world. Over the past year, I have had the privilege of getting to know these four knuckle-heads, and I can say with all sincerity that they never fail to bring a smile to my face. This summer, with your help, I can return the favor and bring a smile to their faces by sending them to Camp Woodleaf.
Located in the Sierra Nevada foothills, Camp Woodleaf provides high school students with one of the best weeks of their lives. The camp is owned and operated by Young Life, a world-wide Christian organization that aims to improve the lives of students who otherwise may not get the love and support that all children require and deserve.
My fellow volunteer leaders and I are reaching out to our friends and family to build a team of Camp Champions. A Camp Champion is someone who gathers their friends, family and/or coworkers to “adopt” a Young Life student by sending them to camp through a $500 sponsorship. We have 130 kids going to summer camp and our goal is to get Camp Champions for each of them!
Thank you so much for your support, any donation helps!
