The Hope Project is a non-profit organization and was established in 2006 in Muskegon, MI. The center serves as an outreach program to educate and inform the community about the issue of human trafficking and bring restoration and healing from its effects. The Hope Project have recently been in the process of building a home for girls, 11 through 17 years old, who have been removed from sex trafficking.
Michigan Mazaa is proud to be working with The Hope Project this year and hope to continue to help spread awareness about the issue of human trafficking.

Who is Drexel Jhalak?
Founded in 2002, from the city of Brotherly Love, Drexel Jhalak is Philadelphia's Premier-All Female Fusion Dance Team. Drexel Jhalak expresses the diversity of Indian culture through the art of dance, by fusing Indian and Western styles of dance such as hip-hop, jazz, and contemporary. The team began 14 years ago, and since, they have grown to become one of the strongest all-female dance teams in the nation. The team members all share a common goal, but what really brings them together is their passion for dance.
