The Story

Adam Andersen went snowmobiling Wednesday January 10th with some friends, and was caught in a avalanche. This fundraiser is to give his wife a little love, and support. Summer Andersen is left with 3 kids, one being a newborn. Adam will be greatly missed by many

Thank you all for your generous donations so far. Summer is very very grateful, and thankful. The unexpected costs that not only come with a funeral, but ambulance ride for Adam, and those types of fees are stressful. The goal is to bring as much support to Summer during these trying times so she doesn't need to stress about the financial part of everything. Please if any one has questions message me not Summer. Be mindful she still is taking care of kids while planning a funeral. Dates of memorial service are to be announced soon. Again thank you all so much for your love, and support.

The Funeral was absolutely amazing today. Thank you, thank you, thank you everyone for everything! The generosity has been astounding to see. Now time is all we have to heal all wounds. Summer, and kids are doing well. They miss their husband/father more then ever, but are so appreciative for everything.

From Summer-

"My husband, protector, provider, partner, and love of my life left this world January 10th. This man was remarkable in many aspects of his life, but in one particular he genuinely excelled. Adam was a devoted, loving, and patient father who had a love for these children that could move mountains. I don’t cry for him, because I know where is he there is no pain. But I weep for us. I weep for the loving husband and supportive partner I had for 8 years, I weep because I do not know how I can continue without him making me laugh and encouraging me on every since day. I weep for my beautiful babies. In a day and age where good fathers can be the exception and not the rule, my husband was not only invested but head over heels in love with them. I weep for us.
The support (in all forms) that has come pouring in from all sides is humbling and I don’t feel that a post online is good enough to tell you all thank you. Thank you for the prayers, the power of these prayers has not gone unnoticed. I am so grateful for our friends, family, neighbors, our community, even just acquaintances and strangers who have sympathized.
I see you all, I hear you all, and each kind works lifts me."
