Posted on December 12, 2016Steve update~
Hello everyone, I know it's been a while since we posted an update on Steve. He's doing well he just finished six weeks of radiation, even though it made him extremely exhausted and it wasn't always easy getting him to appointments, he made it through ! He's got a little bit of a break, next step is an MRI which hopefully he will have in the next four weeks please be praying that the radiation kicked his tumor in the butt! He is still on chemo to continue to treat his tumor. We want to send a huge thank you to everyone who has donated to Sarah and Steve brought them food and been praying for them and keeping them in their thoughts, we can't tell you how much this lifts all of our spirits especially during the holiday season! We hope everyone has a Merry Christmas and a happy new year I will post an update after the MRI!

Posted on October 18, 2016A note from Steve and Sarah....
Today it has been one month since Steve's surgery. He woke up not being able to move his right side and with hard work and determination he is walking (with a walker). We wanted to thank our amazing family and friends who have been there for us, especially this last month. We could not have done this without your love, kind words, thoughts, prayers, support, etc. We are moving forward with chemo and radiation as soon as Steve is allowed. He will also continue physical therapy and speech therapy. Again we just wanted to say a huge thank you and we love you to everyone!

Posted on October 4, 2016Tough News....
First off we want to say a HUGE thank you to each and everyone of you who have helped support Steve in this.
Now the the news, the pathology results are in and Steve has grade 4 brain cancer. It's similar to stage 4 cancer except it won't spread out of his brain. Steve, Sarah and Jacob need all the support they can get right now. He has a tough road ahead of him. They meet with his cancer team this week to start treatment. He will be discharged from rehab tomorrow, he is making progress every day and his sense of humor is intact! We are trusting God in all this, please keep praying for Steve and his family through all this!
