The Story

Memorial info to come.

Adi Gildor was a lover of the little things; fresh baked bread, a slice of stinky cheese or a juicy peach. Yet, he longed for the deep, tenacious understanding of everything around him. What he gave to Henry and Arlo will never be replaced; the ability to be silly, loving and curious together - a basis that's powerful enough to live on in them forever.

He and I chose one another and I'm so happy we did. I've laughed hardest with him, and went through the most difficult times. We always stuck together with our hands held. He was my favorite person in the entire world, and I hope his love and generosity has touched you. Please leave your story.

As he would have wanted, let's spread his ashes in the highest of snowboarding-mountains and the widest of oil rig-filled seas.

I will love him forever and ever and ever and ever and ever.....
Any contributions will go towards the education & adventures of Arlo Ben & Henry Joe. And if possible I would love to set up an scholarship fund for Jonathan Montessori School in Chaska where the boys attend school; to help cover costs of tuition for families in times of unexpected hardships.

Love, Rose

Do you have a story about Adi?

I'm collecting them for the boys - if you have time, I would love if you would share it/them with us.  Maybe send one now and send one later if you think of an experience you had with him.  Short or long, it doesn't matter.  These boys love their stories and we will treasure them forever.

I hadn't updated this for a while, but there are some extraordinary memories here:
I guess I'll have to start keeping it updated again.

Thanks for all the wonderful memories from each of you.
