Sexton Mountain Elementary school currently has all of their emergency preparedness supplies in large garbage cans which are difficult to move if an emergency requires everyone to leave the building. Also, their emergency supplies are lacking necessary items.
For my Eagle Service Project I have worked with Principal Teresa Clemens-Brower, inventoried the school's emergency supplies, and come up with the following solution that will cost around $2000:
1. Purchase matching backpacks to put the emergency supplies in
2. Purchase the missing emergency supplies
3. Coordinate with the community to organize the emergency supplies into the backpacks
Please help Sexton Mountain Elementary mobilize and complete their emergency supplies! We only need 50 contributors of $40 to reach the goal and a contribution of any amount would be appreciated.
