Posted on February 15, 2018We are still hoping to reach our goal and complete this project. The chikdren are using the cafeteria, but we still need to finish the top of the third table. And still need to plaster the outside of the building with concrete.

Posted on January 25, 2018Greetings Brethren, hope all of you are doing well. At the orphanage in Sengera, we had a visit from the police today. As usual they treated Haron (the overseer) quite rough, complaining that we haven't finished complying with their demands of the improvements they have required. Most of what they are requiring we have completed. But still have to plaster the outside walls of the cafeteria, and tile the girls bathroom. They took Haron to the Ogembo police station, but fortunately did not lock him up this time. He is okay and back home but shook up. The progress we have made so far, has been very good, but it set us back financially. And besides funding the improvements, we also just paid the tuition fees to put the 17 orphans back in school. If you can possible help us to complete this project, it will be highly appreciated. The police are threatening us to complete.
Your brother in Christ bill Goff.

Posted on January 7, 2018Greetings everyone, as you can see from the photo gallery, we continue to make progress on the cafeteria at the orphanage. We have now completed the construction of all three tables & benches, with only one still in need of its plywood top. The children are so happy and thankful to all of you for providing for them such a wonderful place to sit and eat their meals. We have almost completed the construction, but still need to install the glass in the windows, purchase and apply the plywood top on the remaining table and benches, and plaster the outside of the building with cement. We have also reduced the goal needed to complete this important project, and hope to reach it soon. School started on January 2nd for the elementary level children, and all are doing well. Two of the boys are hoping to begin High School this week. We want to thank all of you who have been helping these orphans, may the Almighty Father bless each and everyone of you. bill Goff
