The Story

Detroiter Sam Arambula was one of hundreds of peaceful protesters swept up by Washington D.C. police on January 20 and arrested on felony charges. Sam was one of fifty attending the Counter-Inaugural protest on a bus organized by the Michigan Emergency Committee Against War & Injustice and the Moratorium NOW Coalition. Sam has a court date in D.C. on March 15.

We are raising funds to help him with travel costs and lodging in D.C. Please make a donation. It could have been any one of us rounded up in this gross violation of civil-liberties.
