The Story

*please note: this fundraiser has been active since March '13, so the amount raised is since that time and has been used to help Ingird and Daffy both. Vet bills, Dr visits, meds for both of them, etc.Thank you*

Ingird and Daffy try to make the best of the limited income they have, and both have medical issues, but always face the day with a smile.
Please think about helping them.
Please read the UPDATES to learn about them and what's been going on.
Thank you all.
And please, only help if you are able.
Even just sharing this post on your twitter/facebook feed is a great help.

Please note:
Funds thus far have been used for Daffy's vet visits, her medicine, potassium bromide blood level tests each 3 months and dog food. Some of the donations our friends have given have been used to help pay for some of my doctor visits, pharmacy and doctor & hospital bills, and to help us so we can continue to live in the only home we've known for 33 years ( 5 years for Daffy). We are so greatful for the help we've been given.

We'll provide proof of any bills or receipts that anyone requests. Our vet is Animal Medical Center 622 McKinley Great Bend, Ks / Dr Matt Fehr.

Update Feb 18

It is with great sadness that I tell you that Ingrid has passed away. She was comfortable and at peace.

Thank you everyone for all your love and support of her and Daffy over the years. Ingrid was so very appreciative of you all. She loved her twitter pals, they became her family.

You all have helped her so much, with your generosity, your love and friendship, your support of her etsy shop, with so much....

Daffy is safe and doing well at Lori's house. I will be making arrangements to go get her in the next few days.
Again, sure wish KS was closer....

Thank you everyone.

PS I will leave this site up for a bit so pals can see the updates, but please don't make any donations here.

Update Feb 18 AM

Ingrid is not doing well today, and the doctors at the hospital feel she could pass any day now. She was able to communicate yesterday but is mostly unresponsive today.

Please send good thoughts, prayers, what ever you have to Ingird that she only knows peace and comfort at this time.
