Support our Exhibit of 12 Artworks by children Around the World - as it travels to Hiroshima and Nagasaki this summer. We need your help with shipping and transportation!
Harnessing the power of the arts, an artist’s blank canvas has endless possibilities. We called on young artists from around the world to use their creative talents and Imagine a World Free from Nuclear Weapons.
Partnering with the United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs, Harmony For Peace sponsored a worldwide initiative in 2012, the "Art for Peace" competition. With results of over 6600 entries from 92 countries, we then launched an exhibit consisting of the 12 winning artworks.
This exhibit illustrates a universal desire for peace, especially from our youngest generation.
Now the exhibit is embarking on its World Tour, A Peace Art Journey, spreading a message of “Peace One Day” in every city it stops. We appeal to you now to help us continue on, from country to country, across national borders and cultural boundaries. Help us realize our young artists’ hopes for world free from violence.
Funds raised will go towards the shipping of artwork, storage, exhibit setup and management.
