The cycle of over population of dogs and cats in struggling counties needs the help of the rest of the world. As horrific as the plight of the homeless pets are here in the United States and other Industrialize countries, it is worse in struggling counties. Suzanne Yancey and Dr Carlos Morales will be working in the village of Villa Maria del Triunfo, Pamplona, Villa el Salvador, Peru. This will be a one day campaign to spay and neuter 100 pets to help break this cycle. These campaigns can only take place in a homes,or other buildings in the village. The villager people do most of the leg work and Dr. Morales donates his time and energy to spend the day perfoming surgeries. It cost approximately 15 dollars for every spay or neuter done. The money raised will pay for the medicine to use for the surgeries.
