Telling people about Jesus is important. That's why since arriving in Portugal in early 2008 the Andrzejewski family has spent only 3 months in the US.
The other 63 months have been spent making disciples. By the grace of the Lord, they have seen a small mission steadily grow into a healthy church.
But, soon they will need to return to the States to update friends, family and ministry partners on the progress that's been made for the Kingdom.
They also need to rest and let the kids spend the night with their grandparents. Call it a sabbactical. Call it a furlough. Or, just call it a break.
Here's where you come in.
Living in Europe is expensive. Significantly more expensive than living in the US. The cost alone of plane tickets for a family of seven from northern Portugal to Alabama costs around $7000 or $1000 per person.
Constantly battling a weak dollar and a global financial crisis, over the years the Andrzejewskis have tried not to the be "squeaky wheel" that constantly asks to be greased, instead sharing financial needs only when necessary.
These plane tickets are necessary. They have 9 months to raise $7000.
Would you be willing to help them? Every little bit makes a difference. If 100 people gave $7.50 a month for 9 months, the goal would be all but met.
$7000 sounds like a lot, but if everybody helps just a little, it adds up fast. Like the song says, "Little is much when God is in it."
Thank you for your sacrifice. May the name of the Lord be glorified.
