Posted on January 10, 2014I wanted to thank everyone for their donations for Pat. I am overwhelmed by everyone's generosity and I want to give you all an update on Patrick.
The ICU team of doctors called in the infectious disease team to take a look at Patrick. They think his body may have become resistant to the antibiotics he has been receiving.
He is still on the life support and kidney dialysis. He has been fighting high fevers on and off for days do to the infection. Spinal fluid was clear. Yesterday the minister came to check on pat and the family I asked for a prayer to be given at his bedside as I held Patrick's hand I could see what I thought was a tear at the corner of his eye. Keep the prayers coming. I will post more updates soon. Nancy
