Shawanda Tillman is a very, very strong woman. She is living with a medical condition which affects her kidney and overall health. For the past four years, she has endured dialysis treatments three days a week. She is only 38 years old and in a tremendous battle for her health. All she wants is to live a normal life, without being tied to a dialysis machine. She is a true fighter. Her inner strength is inspiring to all who meet her. Before her sickness, Shawanda was an inspiration on her job where she assisted with caring for numerous children battling cancer. She is a very caring person & would give whatever she can to brighten someone's day.
Doctors have determined that Shawanda’s best hope for a long and healthy life is to receive a kidney transplant. She is listed for transplant and looks forward to the time when she receives the gift of life that will turn her life around. Transplants are life-saving but very expensive. Although Shawanda has medical insurance, there are many expenses that won’t be covered, including some medications, travel back and forth to dialysis and the transplant center, and other out-of-pocket costs. While we can’t take away Shawanda’s illness, perhaps we can help lift her financial burden.
To help her with these expenses, I'm asking that you please donate any dollar amount. Each dollar will assist toward the overall medical expense! If at this time you are unable to donate, a sincere prayer will also be appreciated. Our God will bless those who are a blessing to others. Our prayer is with your help along with God's help, Shawanda will be back to caring for others that are battling an illness. She will definitely be a walking testimony. So, in advance she thank you, I thank you, we thank you! Please share with others her story! May God bless you!
