On March 25, 2015, Austin was diagnosed with stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer. The doctors found four tumors. He was released from the hospital March 28, 2015 and was told he had 2 to 6 months to live. Our family is united in love and prayer. The cancer may be big, but our God is bigger. It’s trials in life such as this that we must realize our hope is in the Lord and not our circumstances. And we do indeed have hope. Instead of travelling the conventional chemo, medicine, and drugs route, Austin is going to fight this with natural methods. There are countless stories of people diagnosed with stage 4 cancer who have survived. Juicing. Enzymes. B17. The plan of attack has already begun, and there is hope for many more years of life. Good quality of life.
The list of food items alone needed to attack this naturally is staggering. Juicing requires so many pounds of ingredients per week. Austin will also be taking pancreatic enzymes, B17 supplements, and an array of other natural remedies. Anything you can provide to help us on this journey is most certainly appreciated. We have set a mohtly goal of $5,000 to assit with food and medical costs.
The biggest tool you can use in helping us fight is prayer.
We will move forward in faith.
Faith that all things do indeed work together for good.
Faith that love never fails.
Faith that no matter what we see with our eyes, nothing changes The Father's love for us. And nothing can ever defeat the hope we will hold onto with reckless abandon.
We won't be shaken.
The enemy has already been defeated.
No matter what happens, we are living in a win-win situation.
We have a CaringBridge page set up where you can sing the guestbook and leave encouraging notes for Austin. Visit that at http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/austinferrara
