Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Event 2018

Hello everyone. I am raising fund to help cover the production cost for this year's Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Memorial Service in Cambridge, MA.
2018 is our second year. It will be on Sunday, August 5th, 2018, @ 7:30pm, at the First Church in Cambridge, 11 Garden St., Cambridge, MA 02138. (Harvard Square)
If the funding goal is met, your generous donation will make possible for me to pay for technical equipments, partial labor cost, long-distance travel expenses, promotion, flyers, costumes, art supplies, etc.
All the expenses must be paid by the end of the event on Sunday, August 5th, 2018.
Your support will mean a lot to me to continue organizing this peace memorial event annually. If I don't get enough support this year, it will be very difficult to have the next year's event.
I will be eternally grateful for your help, as having this annual event, to me, is symbolic about creating a hopeful future for our children.

How I Started and Why I Need Your Help:
In 2016, I attended and volunteered at the "Peace Gathering" in NYC, organized by a Japanese Buddhist priest Rev. T.K. Nakagaki. In effect of this deeply moving and inspiring event, I decided to organize a similar event the following year in Boston, MA. On August 6th, 2017, in collaboration with Actors Refuge Repertory Theatre (ARRT) and other volunteers, "Hiroshima-Nagasaki Peace Memorial Service" was held at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Brookline, MA. More than 100 people attended. This positive response and participation of people convinced me to continue with the event. This is a community event, and I would like more people to join the force by participation and contribution to the fundraiser. Unfortunately, part of the cost cannot be covered by volunteering only. This year's production is aimed to cultivate 'compassion and inner-peace' and to spread 'love' into the lives of others. Let's Promote Peace Together!
