The Story

Dear Friends and Colleagues of Luxaviation Group,

Hurricane Irma has ripped through the Caribbean and its impact was devastating on the Island of St Maarten. We operate the FBO on the airport where 15 colleagues of ours are working.

The first updates confirm that the situation on the island is appalling. Luckily, as far as I am informed, nobody of our team is hurt. However the impact and tragedy on their lives is dramatic.

In such times, we must and we will assist and support our colleagues so that lives can be rebuilt. We are currently assessing specific actions that we can do as a group to support our colleagues in rebuilding their lives.

Many of you have already expressed your willingness to support our colleagues, with donations and help.  As an immediate step to slight relief, we have set up this YouCaring.comcampaign for our Luxaviation/ExecuJet employees in need in St Maarten. Link: www.youcaring.com/luxaviationcaresforIrma

I certainly also encourage you to share this link with your network of aviation enthusiasts as in the business aviation world we are all a small family indeed that is ready to help each other in times of need.

I will keep you updated on any developments in the next days.
