I've wanted to attend seminary for years. I've always known that a Masters degree will better equip me for ministry and open up doors, but but haven't had the time, opportunity, or finances. But the door has surprisingly opened to Western Seminary, and we want to make the best of it!
I’m raising funds for the Fall 2018 semester. In order to graduate in 2 years, I’m aiming to do 9 credits of classes. One class requires a trip to Portland. This totals to $5,705 (approx). I hope to have funds raised by July 31, which is when I must select my classes (tuition is due August 31). I’ve applied for financial aid and will try to raise as much as we can on our own, but we’re anticipating that the majority of the funds will need to be provided through the generosity of our friends and family.
My family and I will be very grateful for any help we receive towards this dream. I see this degree as a major step forward to providing for my family.
We invite you to join us in this endeavor and believe the Lord will provide.
- Trip to Portland = $200 (approx)
- Books, resources = $200
- Semester fee = $220
- 1 credit = $565

- Theology I (4 cr)
- Hebrew grammar (3 cr)
- Learning to Love God and Others (2 cr, at Portland)
