The chronic lack of clean water and proper sanitation in Kenya, has led to social as well as health problems, adding to most resident’s misery.
Because of the lack of water, improper waste disposal is a big threat also and is increasing, due to the risk of water-borne diseases. This increases the threat of Typhoid, Cholera, Malaria and other diseases from poor sanitation.
Slum infrastructure has also remained inadequate as it is not government policy to support development in what are considered illegal informal settlements. Residents tamper with electricity and water connections, often
resulting in clashes as security personnel are deployed to stop the connections.

Make a donation today towards our goal of 2000 dollars for a Hydromissions Explorer Hand Drilling System (EXP-50), so we can dig more wells at a fraction of a cost, thus improving sanitation in these severely affected rural areas. Not only will we dig but also educate locals on sanitation etc. Have a heart and assist us in reaching goal of 2000 dollars today.
