Posted on May 18, 2016#WishWednesday I wish that we could raise enough money to send all our special needs students and their families to Prom for FREE!! Prom is less than 20 days away and we need your help. Without donations from family, friends and our community it is sad to say we are unable to give every family more than 1 free ticket. Please help me change this as I am getting requests from many families who would love to attend but can not afford to. Let's make this day special for everyone. Every little bit helps. Thank you!

Posted on May 11, 2016Prom is 25 days away and we need your help!! Please help us make sure our special needs families get to enjoy this extra special day. Unfortunately most children with special needs like Djanai don't get to experience Prom like their general ed peers. Proms are typically organized by the seniors and a group of teachers and because they aren't surrounded by children of different needs they don't know how to account for or accommodate these needs many times making it impossible for them to attend Prom. Most times they forget to invite the seniors who are in the special day program as in Djanai's case this year.
Djanai is a senior and this year I found out about Prom right before it happened and it was too late. I thank God that I have a core group of friends who help me make sure we make Prom happen for our special kids. Can I count on you to help make sure Djanai gets to go to Prom her Senior Year?? Every little bit helps, whatever that is will make a difference in a child's life.
Djanai's H.S. Senior Prom ticket this year would've cost $90 for dinner, a few hours of dancing and lifelong memories created with classmates. For Seniors ONLY.
Special Needs Family Prom ticket is $50 includes food, live entertainment, themed characters, arts & crafts, Prom Photos, new memories and friendships created that will last a lifetime. For the WHOLE Family.

Posted on March 14, 2016We are so sad that we had to postpone Prom until June but we are excited that it will now give us the opportunity to raise enough money to make sure that this day is nothing short of spectacular for our special needs guests and their families. Our goal has always been to provide our special needs families with a free prom experience, however, where we have not raised all the money needed we are only able to give away a limited amount of tickets. Please help us make this a day that all of our families have access to. Every little bit helps, skip the Starbucks or fast food for a week and donate $20 to help a child attend prom. Thank you for your help, kindness and support!
