Gnome countryside is run by Richard Humphreys in Kirkwood, PA. Children and families have been following Richard through the woods and across the countryside on journies in search of "Gnomes," all the while learning to respect nature, and learning valuable lessons through Dick's great story telling. This is the mission statement from the website http://www.gnomecountryside.com/
"We hope visitors will leave Gnome Countryside loving the forest
environment (things around you: trees, plants, birds, animals, water,
air, etc.) because we feel if we love something we'll want to take care
of it and we will work toward attaining the divine mystery that is in
all things found in our natural environment.
We hope our visitors will return home and honor this spirit in their
daily lives and home environment. "

We need to come together here and do whatever we can to raise some money to help these guys out. I promise they would be the first people to help you out in a similiar event. Lets see what we can do. Any amount of money would be helpful. Please also share this site on facebook, twitter, any social media, as well as word of mouth to friends, family and coworkers.
If you'd rather donate offline, send donations to 63 Bridal Path Road, Kirkwood PA 17563, which is the address of the house. The mailbox is still intact and recieving mail.
***Update: Just to give everyone a heads up...The family has recieved a check for $14,911. Good work everyone and thanks again for spreading the word and donating as fast as everyone did.
