Hayley is 5 years old, a twin, sister, daughter, granddaughter, niece, friend, kindergartener, soccer player, swimmer, adventure-seeking little girl. On December 6, 2016 Hayley was diagnosed with osteosarcoma bone cancer in her left femur. Hayley is a fighter and she’s already had surgery, a central line placed in her tiny chest, and chemotherapy to fight this cancer.
Her course of treatment is intense, including a major surgery, and many visits to the clinic + hospital, as well as full time care at home. The next year of the family’s life is intense, and nothing a family is ever prepared for. No one is expecting to hear that a child has cancer and everyone is heartbroken.
Hayley’s family are extraordinarily good people. They always respond when there is a friend, neighbor, or someone in need. Hayley’s parents Kristi and Casey, along Hayley’s grandma Lori started a 501c3 charity called the Adam Craig Foundation, run a website, and put on the Four Square Mile Music Festival with Hayley's uncle Adam for the last five years to raise money for the community of Tenino.
Please help us by contributing any amount that you can to contribute to the family's needs. Money will go to help cover time off work, gas to/from the hospital and doctors office, parking fees, and the out of pocket costs the insurance company doesn’t cover. If the situation were reversed, the family would do everything they could to help any one of us. We can’t let them go through this alone. Thank you!
