We are raising $50,000 to support a 4-day gathering of healing and empowerment of Haudenosaunee women and our communities. Held at Ganondagan, the lands of our original Mother of Nations, Jigonsaseh. She was the first person to accept the message of peace from our Peacemaker. This message that we call our Great Law provided the Haudenosaunee with our government, which is perhaps the oldest continuously democratic government in the world. Our political system influenced the formation of the US Constitution, and it is our women who influenced the Suffrage Movement and Women's Rights in the US.
Our Haudenosaunee Confederacy was founded under a solar eclipse nearly 1,000 years ago. Today, our women are coming together in an event of traditional knowledge sharing, healing from generations of trauma and creating a vision for our future based on our children and continuous stewardship of Mother Earth. A cornerstone of our traditions is balance, and thus, on our 4th day together, we will be joined by our men and children to join us in this healing space. Together, our people will gather under the passage of a full solar eclipse to mark a renewal for our Confederacy and acknowledgement of our women and men working together once again for the next 1,000 years.
Contribute to a transformative, healing experience for the world’s most influential women to unite in peace and power, and to become a powerful influence on our global culture once again. Haudenosaunee women united in peace and love that will bring rise of a nurturing love that our world that has yet to witness in our lifetime.
