After a very successful 2017 season, we plan to keep the momentum going strong in 2018. All friends of Fairgate Farm are welcome to come and celebrate our accomplishments and start to build for the future! Enjoy some light appetizers and drink while we raise funds and awareness for our exciting new project, the Anthony Pellicci Pergola at Fairgate Farm!
The Anthony Pellicci Pergola will be named in memory of this iconic community member who was dedicated to invigorating the West Side neighborhood where his restaurant welcomed countless regulars, new arrivals and a few famous celebrities for seventy years.
Contractors and volunteers are donating their time and labor, but we need to raise $15,000 by March 1, 2018, for the building materials and resources to make this project come to life.
This much-needed grape arbor will be a shaded structure where children, seniors, and all local residents can mingle while enjoying the outdoors and participating in gardening and health classes, cooking demonstrations, nutrition and outreach programs, and everything else the farm has to offer our community.
You are a big reason that Fairgate Farm has been able to provide quality, organic food for volunteers, hunger relief organizations and countless individuals in need, while educating and uniting our growing community.
We need your help again, Please join us!
