Posted on October 7, 2015Hello Friends,
It's difficult to find words because of my brain trauma. I have three tumors in my brain, all of which have bled but none are actively bleeding anymore.
I went to the mountains over the weekend to enjoy the fall colors. This caused a change in pressure inside my head which caused bleeding. Due to the nature of my cancer; Angiosarcoma, tumors can be expected to be found anywhere in my body.
The urgency of my surgery has been downgraded because the tumors are no longer bleeding.
The surgery I have chosen is called LINAC. It's a radiation surgery which uses beams of radiation to kill the tumors.
The "plan" will take 7-8 days to compile. After which the procedure happen and then the blood can be drained from the brain.
The old blood will takes days or weeks to be absorbed by my body. The symptoms that I'm experiencing; trouble with word finding, impaired spatial relations, doing thing out of order, and motor fuction issues should mostly resolve with the dissipation of the blood.
As always, thank you for your support.

Posted on October 5, 2015Hi Friends,
I am so grateful to all of you for your support and prayers.
I apologize for being out of touch for the past few days. I have had a couple of bad chemo days, which have prevented my from responding.
The big news came this morning. I now have tumors in my brain which need to be emergently removed. There are three tumors, two of which ate superficial and the third of which is deeper. The tumors have bled, which makes surgery unavoidable.
I apologize for the brevity and abruptness of this update, it's difficult to write because I'm constantly fighting to find the words.
