I am honored to provide humanitarian acupuncture services to those communities in need as a consultant, licensed acupuncturist, Doctor of Oriental Medicine, personally or with the various organizations I volunteer with: Global Outreach Doctors and the Colorado Acupuncture Medical Reserve Corps. My deployments and experience have been natural disasters, wildfires, floods, shootings, and other traumatic events impacting communities domestically and internationally. As the nature of the events are sudden and unexpected, many times, immediate response needed, any funds raised go to cover expenses, such as travel and supplies. In addition, we provide educational programs and trainings, acupuncture research, and programs specific to first responders dealing with stress, PTSD, and Secondary Trauma.
