CASA of Bradley & Polk Counties is a non-profit that works with local volunteers to make sure the voices of abused and neglected children are heard in court in order to ensure them with a safe and permanent place to call home.
About the Superhero 5K Run/Walk and Family Fun Festival
This event is in memory of Melisha Gibson, in order to raise awareness of who CASA is and what we do, and to celebrate our advocates as everyday heroes that serve children who are neglected and abused in the area. The morning will begin with a 5K run or 1 mile walk for all ages, and superhero costumes are welcomed and encouraged, followed by a Family Fun Festival to enjoy! The festival will include booths, food, bounce houses, live music, and fun activities for all.
CASA of Bradley & Polk Counties asks you to give in order for the organization to recruit and train more volunteer advocates to reach more children in need of a loving, safe and permanent home. Join us today to help better serve the children in need in our community!
