Since 2001, the Brazilian Arts Foundation has been growing as a community that thrives on embracing equality and inclusiveness for the diverse community of Houston. We are a 501 c3 non-profit on a mission to cultivate a vibrant community of healthy, compassionate global citizens through the teaching, sharing and preserving of Brazilian culture with Houstonians of all ages, races, ethnicities, and social-economic backgrounds!
Everything we have accomplished so far has been a huge community effort! Today, we ask YOU to help us improve ourselves and our community, and to become a part of the DREAM of promoting cultural education in Houston! We need help expanding our facility. Our new home will allow us to widen our programs, while continuing to help seniors, adults, and children throughout Houston!
Our project of relocating to a new facility and renovating our home means:
- MORE Houstonians ages 2 to 65+ of ALL social-economic backgrounds being served LOCALLY
- MORE vibrancy in the greater Houston area, with a new building that will attract viewers from all over town
- Most importantly, it means MORE children from schools throughout Houston receiving cultural education, and growing up to be more TOLERANT and COMPASSIONATE individuals!
A generous long-term donor is committed to matching our crowdfunding efforts until December 10th, and up to $25,000! While this would bring the new facility up to date to make our dream a reality, we are still about $16,000 away from our crowdfunding goal as we approach our deadline, and really cannot afford to miss out on this opportunity.
Can YOU or YOUR COMPANY help us reach our goal?
Every donation will be doubled, and brings us closer to our goal! No contribution is too small!
If you believe in this cause as much as we do, we would be so grateful if you could share this information with your friends through the social media link on this page!
