The BIG CHOP!!
or … “Have you seen Jack’s hair lately??”
What started out as a bet between friends three years ago has turned into … well, have you seen Jack Gurnon’s hair lately? And the neighborhood is worried. Is Jack having a mid-life crisis? Does he have dreams of going off to act with a Shakespearean theater company? Could it be that business isn’t good enough and he can’t afford to get his hair cut?
15 Inches for $15,000
Measuring in at more than 15 inches long, the time has come for Jack’s hair to go! In honor of BHV’s 15th anniversary, Jack Gurnon, BHV Council Member and owner of Charles Street Supply, has agreed to cut his hair to benefit Beacon Hill Village - one inch for every $1000 raised.
Please consider supporting the cause and donate now to help us “tame the mane!” And join us on Saturday, May 6th at 11:00 a.m. outside Charles Street Supply, 54 Charles Street, and watch the “mane” event live, when some lucky person will get the chance to “chop off” Jack’s hair.
