The Story

11/26/15:    #GivingTuesday,#YouCaringGives

10/29/15:

Ari is doing extremely well with his diabetes and a vial lasts him 25 days.  The cost of the vial through a pharmacy tech is $15.50.  That is very reasonable to manage on a monthly basis.  Ari also takes his insulin like a champ.  He is eating great and doing very well.   We also have found that Ari has a heart murmur on his left side and is a grade 3/6.

We cannot THANK all the donors enough for the support for the insulin, syringes and home testing kit.  It has taken a village to get Ari healthy again and all of you are part of Ari's village!

THANK YOU!
WGSPR Inc.

9/28/15:
Due to the generosity of several WGSPR followers, we found Ari's insulin much cheaper.  We also got a testing kit donated and some syringes.  THANK YOU donors! We have changed our goal to support Ari.

9/27/15:
Ari is a 5 year old male purebred German Shorthaired Pointer.   Ari also has diabetes.   Ari has had a rough life prior to finding himself at the shelter and now into rescue.   We do know that his previous owners did not treat and monitor his diabetes they way it was supposed to be monitored.

The medication that Ari is on is about $100 a vial and a vial will last Ari about 9-10 days.   WGSPR is asking for any help with Ari's medication to help him control his diabetes.

As we learn more about Ari, we will be posting pictures and more information.

We appreciate your help.

THANK YOU!
