Ezra is one of a litter of six puppies dropped off at the Alpine Animal Shelter in October 2015. Five of these darling pups were healthy and soon got adopted, but Ezra had trouble walking, and often seemed to be in pain. Because he is still growing it's too early for a definitive diagnosis, but our his veterinarian believes Ezra has hip dysplasia. Ezra is currently in foster care and receiving treatment paid for by Alpine Humane Society. Alpine Humane Society established Ezra's Medical Fund to raise funds for Ezra and we hope that you will contribute. This fund is reserved not only for the treatment that Ezra will need to run and frolic normally, but for any animal in the care of the Alpine Humane Society who has extra special medical needs.
