Helping English Setters is our primary goal and we are only able to continue because of the help from our growing network of setter lovers.
A backyard breeder did the right thing and surrendered her Brittany Spaniels to NBRAN. While there, they noticed she had several English Setters and immediately contacted us for help.
We accepted KISSES, DOC & DUDE into rescue without question and they have fosters ready to take them; but they need extensive medical help before they can head home:
- one is heartworm +
- two need dental work
- all need de-wormed
- all need spayed/neutered
- all are flea ridden requiring treatment & grooming
Another setter, HEIDI, has a leg injury. Her vet needs are unknown currently.
Then there is Tar Baby (Tybee), found in a bucket of hot tar. He has some hair loss and lesions, and has also been seeing a vet for his injuries.
Please be a part of helping these poor babies to a better life and allow us to continue to help these souls in need.
While it is wonderful to take in young, healthy, highly adoptable setters, we also care about the ones who, without us, don't have much of a chance.
These dogs require extensive vetting and the cost is high. Any amount is truly appreciated, no amount is too small.
Thank you in advance to all of our wonderful supporters for helping us help them.
