Gabriel has been picked to test for Jeopardy and he's so excited because it's been his dream for five years.  This is especially exciting for him because his having Asperger's Syndrome, which is on the Autism spectrum, sometimes means he's not always able to do the same things other kids get to do, or when he can-- it's not as easy for him. 

Problem is, testing is in LA, next month!  Being low income, we simply don't have the money to afford to fly him out for the testing.  We only have one month and we are hoping friends, family and people who love smart kids with big dreams might help make our boy's dreams come true!

UPDATE!!!!  We have met our goal and Gabriel is headed to California to test for Jeopardy.  This fundraiser will be closed soon, but I wanted to let everyone know.  Thank you all SO MUCH for your kindness and caring for our smart little boy.  Thank you for supporting his dream!

WE HAVE MET OUR GOAL!!!!!!

Thank you so much to every one of you who have dontated, supported, spread word and sent well wishes.  Thanks to all of you, and a few private donors who donated through family and anonymous donations brought to The Greeley Tribune, we have met, and exceeded our goal!  We are blessed and so very grateful for everyone who supported our smart little boy with a dream.  Next stop LA and hopefully, after that, on air with Alex Trebek.

WOW!  I've been saying that a lot lately.  But it's what keeps coming to mind everytime I hear from a supporter.  Our family is so overwhelmed with all the donations, help and positive responses we have gotten from our friends, family and community.   Thank you all so much for your kindness and caring.  We are humbled and so appreciative.

We are getting closer to the goal every day!  Thank you!

Just wanted to let folks know that the countdown for the fundraiser is actually incorrect!  We've tried to change it, but for some reason, it's not possible.  We are raising until the 10th, or 11th of December.  The testing is the 15th.  THANKS!!!!
