**Update from Keyla's foster**
Keyla looks a little like Snoopy in her doggels lol
She was such a trooper at her 2nd visit of acupuncture (she fell asleep and actually snored) & laser treatment. Keep those good thoughts coming, I believe they are working!!!

What a great way to start off our week! From Keyla's foster family: "Week 3 Keyla update: she is doing great, we had acupuncture, met with a rehab specialist who gave us exercises to do. She is a joy to have in our household. We enjoy witnessing the little milestones & look forward to many more. Thank you again to DAWG and those complete strangers who are pulling for Keyla. Have a wonderful week!!!"
Keyla is receiving acupuncture treatments and the vet is going to evaluate their effectiveness. Unfortunately she is not a candidate for hydrotherapy at this time because of all of her open wounds. Volunteers are visiting her daily to help with range of motion exercises.
From our wonderful volunteer Christina:
Spent some time with Keyla @ Wilson's. We did ROM exercises with her back legs, she got a nice massage to her hiney, and we took a walk outside where she sniffed everything. She is adorable.
KEYLA HAS LEFT THE MRI NEUROLOGY CENTER!
She has a LONG road ahead of her but shes in GREAT spirits and is headed to medical boarding to start rehab.
Keyla is NOT out of the woods. Still need lots of care and therapy.
We ask that you continue to keep our sweet girl in your prayers.
MIRACLE IN THE WORKS!!!! Yesterday the vet recommended euthanaisia for Keyla but we held out in hopes of finding her family and giving the steroids time to work. Keyla has a response to pain in her right leg and tail this morning!! There are no guiarantees to her recovery but she has a will to live. She is eating and giving kisses. The vet is suggesting an MRI, Xray and immediate surgery to stabilize her spine at a cost of 5-6k. We are half way there in our fundraising. Can you please share this girl so she can get the care she needs!
