When we left your house the other night I was telling Allie about the medical bills you have. She said, "I can give her my job money. No, that's not enough. Maybe instead of buying me a present, we could just give her that money." So we returned one of her presents and she wanted you to have the money. Because of her example, we also decided that instead of gifts for Doug and I we would give our money to you too. I know it's not a lot and won't help much but we sure love you!! Happy Christmas!

What an amazing story, and I'm ecstatic for you that things are going so positively for you, health-wise. But, having gone through seven major lower back and hip surgeries, I also understand how quickly the joy of improving health can be derailed by the financial burden acquired. So , for the first time ever, I'm going to donate over the internet, for someone I don't know, and for someone who isn't influenced by any of the causes I do donate my time and what little money I have to.
