Help us raise money to get Mike Bromberg the treatment he needs to fight Hairy Cell Leukemia. This loving, funny, and out going 53 year old was diagnosed after not being able to work for 5 weeks. Normally an avid surfer and scuba diver, Mike has been in the hospital since May 5 fighting for his life.
Mike is the father to two amazing boys and has spent most of his life volunteering as a baseball and football coach. He was a little league coach for North Venice Little League, volunteered at Palisades High School for 5 years, and was also a volunteer pop warner football coach at Culver High School. He loves being able to watch his sons play baseball, surf first thing in the morning, work on boats in Marina Del Rey and spend time with his family.
Both Mike and his wife Kathleen have been unable to work since Mike became ill, and both are without health insurance making it impossible for Mike to receive the treatment he needs.
