I read your story with lots of tears. I lost my Grandmother, who was my best friend, to this rare and rotten cancer. I obviously (since there's a fundraiser happening for me too!) don't have as much to give as i wish i could. I just pray for you Alonna, and i believe you can lick this thing! You have a lot on your side that my GG unfortunately didn't. So i pray your precious life will be spared and this will just be a story YOU tell your grandchildren some day. Sending prayers for you and your family from the Simpson's in Okinawa. Jeff Wysong is a dear friend and we saw what was going on. I so hope that someone with DHS sees what is right and wrong and fixes what the problem is. We had a scare last year where I was told I may have leukemia and I have two daughters 9 and 11. All I could think about was how short life was and how unfair it was that I might not see them grow up. Thankfully it turned out to be a faulty test. Still, after going through that, if there was any way to help someone see their kids grow up, I am going to do it. God bless you all and we will just believe that God will make you able to see your babies grow up.
