Well we made it home and am so happy and relieved to share that Berlin is recovering well from the surgery that we have all been praying for. While we still have some challenges ahead during recovery and rehabilitation, we can finally move forward after such a long battle and she can look forward to dancing, walking, and getting back to her 8yo childhood activities and dreams for the future. It's been a tough year and a half being stuck in limbo but thanks to Dr. Kit Song at Shriners Hospital in California and of course all the fundraising and support from so many ,of which I will be naming shortly, to help raise the money for the surgery, medical expenses, and travel expenses to get back and forth to CA, it has finally happened. Without all of you we would not have been able to get our daughter the surgery she needed to be able to walk again and finally be pain free. So thank you all sooooo much from our soul.

I just had the most amazing experience at the Filiberto's Corporate Office, where I met so many wonderful and compassionate people.
